Here's how it works:
New patients will first complete the intial intake forms and have a brief consultation with me to determine the best treatment plan and schedule. Existing patients can just book their spots unless they have something new to work on. Otherwise, I will ask each of you to fill-out a quick questionaire before each treatment.

After inserting the needles you will relax uninterrupted for up to an hour or more if necessary. This is your time to turn inward and listen to the rhythms of your body as the acupuncture unblocks the meridians and facilitates the normal flow of Qi in your body. You wake up calmer and more inline with your intent which is to be a loving, kind, helpful, active, insightful and happy member of the human race. Within a few visits (or sooner) you begin to notice significant benefits often in ways far beyond your main complaint.

Upon entering please turn off cell phones and begin the relaxation process as we quiet our minds, lower our voices, and soften our bodies. The reason that I can provide such affordable care is that this is an open, community-style facility that has the mission of helping as many people as possible! Please keep this in mind especially as you enter and exit the space.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing that can roll-up above your knees and elbows (below the elbows and knees are where many of the most powerful acupoints are found). If you have a favorite pillow or blanket and prefer to listen to your own music, please feel free. Otherwise I keep the place warm and come equiped with pillows and blankets to assure a comfortable rest.

Payment is required at the time of services. An invoice will be provided should you choose to submit to your insurance carrier. We accept cash and check or you can pay with your credit card online in advance.
